Terms of service

NOVA is developing AI employees for businesses: specialised AI agents that prepare and, with the customer’s approval, carry out business tasks such as marketing content, through a conversational interface and a web control centre.

Descriptions of capabilities on the website indicate their status (available, in development or planned). Only capabilities marked as available are offered.

The Service is in development and is not generally available. Joining the waitlist is free, creates no obligation for you or for us, and does not guarantee access or a date of access.

Early-access or beta features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn, and may contain errors. We will tell you when a feature is in early access.

Some integrations (for example WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or Google) depend on third-party platforms and on approvals we do not control. Their availability is not guaranteed.

The Service is intended for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree to:

• use the Service lawfully and in line with the terms of any third-party platform you connect;
• provide only content and information you have the right to use, and that does not infringe the rights of others;
• review content prepared by NOVA employees before approving it, in particular claims, prices, offers and replies to customers;
• not misuse the Service: no attempts to access other customers’ data, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, send spam, or generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content;
• not ask a NOVA employee to act outside its role, and not share passwords in conversations.

NOVA employees are AI systems and identify themselves as such. Their output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and does not constitute legal, tax, financial or other professional advice.

Public or sensitive actions (for example publishing content, replying publicly to reviews or changing a website) require your explicit approval according to your approval settings. You remain responsible for content you approve and for its use.

We report an action as completed only after verifying it where the connected platform allows; if verification is not possible, we tell you.

The Service may interoperate with third-party services you choose to connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. NOVA is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta, Google or other platform providers, and is not responsible for their availability or changes to their services.

No payment is taken while the Service is in development or early access, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing before any charge.

When paid subscriptions open, prices, included allowances and billing terms will be shown before you subscribe. The planned price for MILO is €99 per month, excluding applicable taxes; it will be confirmed before any subscription starts. Subscriptions will renew monthly until cancelled.

Applicable taxes, such as VAT, will be added according to your location and status. We will give reasonable prior notice of any price change, which will apply from the next billing period.

You may leave the waitlist or close your account at any time. Once subscriptions are available, you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of a serious or repeated breach of these terms, a legal requirement, or a risk to the security of the Service or other customers. Where reasonable, we will notify you in advance.

The Service, the NOVA brand, characters, software and website content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business during your access.

You keep your rights in the content and information you provide. You grant us the licence needed to host and process it to provide the Service. Subject to the rights of third parties and to the terms of the AI providers involved, you may use the output prepared for you under your account.

We process personal data as described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, in particular during development and early access, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service during that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The date at the top shows the current version. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes; continuing to use the Service after they take effect means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Before starting proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter amicably. Mandatory consumer or other protections of the country where you are established are not affected where they apply.
